Dialogflow CX is Google's agent builder on Google's own speech and models, billed per second of audio, with a free trial and a Mumbai region. Its phone gateway stops at US numbers. We sell the whole call for callers in India: Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu and English on our own GPUs, one price a minute in rupees, and the phone line inside it on pay as you go.
Dialogflow CX is a serious builder. Flows for the parts of a call you want to control, Playbooks for the parts you want a model to handle, and Google’s speech and voices behind both. If your company already lives on Google Cloud, it fits.
The gap is the phone. Its Phone Gateway supports US numbers only. For a call in India you bring a SIP trunk through your own session border controller, and the carrier’s minutes are yours to arrange and pay for.
We sell the whole call. Our speech recognition, our model and our voice run on our own GPUs in India. The model is the open Gemma 4 26B. On pay as you go, the phone line and +91 numbers are inside the rate, and every call’s result lands on your webhook.

Each bar is one minute as Dialogflow’s own pages price it, layer by layer, beside ours from our price list. A hatched end is a part of the call their price leaves out and publishes no number for, so it has no length.
Google prices voice agents per second of audio, so a minute is 60 of them: $0.001 × 60 = $0.06 on Flows and $0.002 × 60 = $0.12 on Playbooks, which is ₹5.70 and ₹11.40 at the ECB rate. Listening time and the full spoken reply are both billed, rounded up to the nearest second. The page does not itemise speech recognition, the voice or the model, so each bar is the platform rate as printed. The phone line is not in it.
From cloud.google.com/products/conversational-agents/pricing, checked . Ours from our price list.
The chart shows the plan you choose above beside the price it pairs with: our T1 and T3 beside Dialogflow’s volume price, our T5 beside its pay-as-you-go price. Without that choice, every bar is listed.

Google bills voice agents per second of audio. Flows are $0.001 / 1 second and Playbooks $0.002 / 1 second. As a minute, that is $0.06 and $0.12, or ₹5.70 and ₹11.40 at the ECB rate. Both the time the agent spends listening and the full length of its reply count, rounded up to the nearest second. If the caller cuts the agent off, the whole reply is still billed.
Ours is ₹5 a minute on pay as you go, with the line inside. A 1,000-minute month is ₹5,000. When your volume is steady, the volume plan brings it to ₹1 a minute. We bill in 10-second blocks, and a call nobody answers is free. The pricing guide shows how to forecast a month from your own call lengths.
Dialogflow CX is Google's platform on Google's own speech and models, priced per second of audio. Outside the US, the phone line is yours to bring. We are the models and the platform, with the line inside the price.

Which to pick
Sometimes it's them. We'll say so.
Dialogflow’s language list is longer than ours today: Bengali, Marathi, Kannada and Malayalam are on it, and we have them marked as coming. Its compliance page lists HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and FedRAMP High. A new account gets $600 of trial credit on Flows and $1000 on Playbooks. And it has a Mumbai region for the agent and its data at rest, though Google’s AI/ML Data Location commitment covers only US and EU locations.
We cannot transfer a live call to a person yet, and a new workspace starts with 5 calls at a time, raised when you ask.
Moving
Bring the agent you have. Most of it carries across.
Step 1
Look around with no sign-up. We ask for an email only when you test a call.
Step 2
Paste the prompt you already wrote into Agent Studio, and pick a voice and a language.
Step 3
Test it in your browser or on your own phone, then go live the same day.
A Dialogflow flow is a graph of pages and routes. That maps onto a node-based agent here: each page becomes a node, each route a branch, and Agent Studio can draft the first version from a few of your recordings. A playbook becomes a prompt-based agent: paste the instructions, pick a voice and a language. Your webhooks move to one signed webhook per call, with the transcript and the outcome in it. The India API guide walks through the rest.
Then put both on your own phone, with your real script and the English words your callers drop into Hindi, and listen.
Questions
At $0.001 / 1 second on Flows, 1,000 minutes of audio is $60, about ₹5,698 at the ECB rate, before your SIP trunk and the carrier's minutes. On Playbooks it is twice that. On our pay-as-you-go plan the same 1,000 minutes cost ₹5,000, with the phone line included.
Yes. Hindi is on its language list with every feature ticked, and Google's Chirp 3 HD voices include Hindi (India). Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu and English are live in our speech recognition and our voice, and the agent moves into English mid-sentence the way callers do.
Not through Dialogflow. Its Phone Gateway is limited to US phone numbers. For India you bring a SIP trunk from your own session border controller or a partner integration. We sell +91 numbers, or you connect the Plivo number you already have.
On Dialogflow, the agent and its data at rest can sit in Mumbai (asia-south1), but Google's AI/ML Data Location commitment covers only US and EU locations. Every call with us runs on our own GPUs in India.
