₹1.80 per 1,000 characters.
And ₹18 an hour to transcribe a recorded call. Both from one rupee wallet.
Hindi, English, Gujarati, Tamil and Telugu. And the Hinglish in between, mid-sentence.
The listening, the thinking and the voice are ours: Fourier STT, Gemma 4 26B and Fourier TTS.
Ask for 8 kHz μ-law or A-law and send it straight down the line. Or take 48 kHz PCM for everything else.
When you want the whole call, the same key and wallet run our voice agents.

Sarvam is a strong choice if you need many Indian languages today. If your calls are in Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, English or a mix, we're built for exactly that, on our own models and GPUs in India. Our voice, on its own, is ₹1.80 per 1,000 characters.
Sarvam is going wide: speech, text and documents across 22 Indian languages, plus its own voice-agent platform.
We’re going deep on the call: Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, English and the mix in between, on a phone line, at a price that works for a business making thousands of calls a day. The voice, the speech recognition and the language model are ours. The model is the open Gemma 4 26B, served on our own GPUs in India, where every call runs.

Each bar is one minute as Sarvam’s own pages price it, layer by layer, beside ours from our price list. A hatched end is a part of the call their price leaves out and publishes no number for, so it has no length.
Sarvam bills agent minutes in 60-second pulses and its own line in 30-second pulses, so a full minute on its line is two pulses, ₹0.40. With your own carrier, Sarvam adds nothing for the line and the carrier bills you. Its two pricing pages give different monthly fees for the same plans.

The chart shows the plan you choose above beside the price it pairs with: our T1 and T3 beside Sarvam’s volume price, our T5 beside its pay-as-you-go price. Without that choice, every bar is listed.

Both of us price in rupees, so the comparison is simple. Sarvam’s phone agents start at ₹3.50 a minute, and its phone line adds ₹0.20 every 30 seconds. Ours is ₹1 a minute on the volume plan, and ₹5 pay as you go with the line included. If you call a lot, ₹1 is the number that matters.
Like us, Sarvam runs its own speech, model and voice, with an agent platform on top. The difference is the minute: Sarvam's pricing page bills the phone line on top, and ours includes it.

Voice Arena plays two voices reading the same line and asks people to pick one, without telling them which is which. On its Hindi board, Fourier TTS sits above Bulbul V3 overall, by 993 to 959. We lead in everyday conversation and in education. Bulbul leads in customer support and in media. Bulbul V4 Flash isn’t on the board yet.

Which to pick
Sometimes it's them. We'll say so.
Moving
Your code stays. Three values change.
Step 1
Look around with no sign-up. When you are ready, create a key in Developers.
Step 2
The base URL, the model and the voice. The rest of your OpenAI code stays as it is.
Step 3
Four voices, each speaking Hindi, English, Gujarati, Tamil and Telugu.
Fourier TTS speaks OpenAI’s speech API. Point your client at our URL, change the model name, pick a voice and you’re done. Ask for 8 kHz μ-law and the audio is ready for a phone line. The OpenAI-compatible TTS guide walks through the first request.
Before you switch, take twenty lines from your own calls, with names, rupee amounts and English words dropped in. Play both voices to people who speak the language every day, without saying which is which. Then decide.

On Voice Arena's blind Hindi leaderboard (16 October 2026), Fourier TTS scores 993 against 959 for Bulbul V3. Mira leads in everyday conversation and in education. Bulbul leads in customer support and in media. Mira has fewer votes, so its score can still move.
No. ₹1 a minute is the price of a whole phone agent on our volume plan. The voice on its own is ₹1.80 per 1,000 characters.
On pay as you go, yes: ₹3.50 a minute, plus ₹0.40 for a full minute on its line, against our ₹5 with the line included. On a monthly plan, Sarvam is ₹3.00 to ₹3.25 plus the line, and ours is ₹3 on T3 or ₹1 on T1.
We haven't measured Bulbul, so we won't claim either way. Time both from your own servers, from the request to the first audio.
Tamil and Telugu, yes. They're live in our speech recognition and our voice, with Hindi, Gujarati, English and Hinglish. Bengali, Marathi and Kannada are on the way. Sarvam covers more Indian languages today.
