Confirm every COD order before it ships.

Every COD order gets a call before it leaves your warehouse. The agent reads back the order and the address in the customer's own language, and you get a yes, a no or the right address before you pack the box.

How it works

One row for every person you call.

Upload a spreadsheet, or send each customer from your own system. Phone number first. The rest is what the agent needs to know.

The spreadsheet, 7 columns
ColumnNeededWhat goes in it
phone Required The number to call, with the country code (+91…). A ten-digit Indian mobile gets +91 added. In Excel, format this column as Text first so the number is not changed.
customer_name Optional e.g. Rahul
items Optional e.g. cotton kurta set · What the customer would call it, not your SKU name.
order_value Optional e.g. 999 · Just the number. The agent says it in words.
delivery_address Optional e.g. B-wing, flat 412, Shanti Apartments, Kharadi, Pune
delivery_estimate Optional e.g. 3 to 5 days after dispatch · The agent quotes this if asked, and promises nothing more.
internal_order_ref Optional e.g. SO-55120 · Extra info. The agent never sees it, but it comes back with the result so you can match the order.

What comes back

What you get after every call.

When the call ends, your system gets the transcript and the answer. Your campaign report gets a row for every customer.

Setup

Live by this evening.

  1. Open the sandbox. No sign-up to look around.
  2. Write a short prompt that uses your order details: name, item, amount, address.
  3. Talk to it in your browser. Try a cancellation, a messy address, and a customer who says “हाँ हाँ” to everything.
  4. Upload today’s COD orders as a spreadsheet, or send each order from your store the moment it’s placed.
  5. Every call ends with a result sent to your system: confirmed, cancelled or a new address. Mark the order and move on.

The webhook guide shows how that last step looks in code.

Cost

What one call costs.

One connected call, on the plan you choose. T1 is chosen; T3 and T5 are one press away.

A one-rupee coin dated 2026

On T1, one connected call

₹1.34

An 80-second call at ₹1 a minute.

A one-rupee coin dated 2026

On T3, one connected call

₹4

An 80-second call at ₹3 a minute.

A one-rupee coin dated 2026

On T5, one connected call

₹6.67

An 80-second call at ₹5 a minute.

₹1 a minute on our volume plan. A typical confirmation runs under a minute and a half, so it comes to about ₹1.34. Set that against one parcel coming back. Every plan is below, and the calculator works it out for your order volume.

Priced for a typical call. Try your own numbers in the cost calculator.²

Choose your plan.

Your price · T1

₹1 a minute¹

₹1,000 for 1,000 minutes

₹1,00,000 / month minimum, credited to your wallet; your usage counts towards it. Our phone line adds ₹0.30 and call insights ₹0.20 a minute, if you want them.

Your price · T3

₹3 a minute¹

₹3,000 for 1,000 minutes

₹50,000 / month minimum, credited to your wallet; your usage counts towards it. The phone line and call insights are in the rate.

Your price · T5

₹5 a minute¹

₹5,000 for 1,000 minutes

Pay as you go from your wallet. The phone line and call insights are in the rate.

The working
  • 80 s → 8 blocks of 10 s = 80 s billed
  • T1: 80 s × ₹1 ÷ 60 = 1.333, rounded up to ₹1.34
  • T3: 80 s × ₹3 ÷ 60 = ₹4
  • T5: 80 s × ₹5 ÷ 60 = 6.667, rounded up to ₹6.67

T5 and T3 include our phone line and call insights. On T1 you add them if you want them, and this call then comes to about ₹2.

T1's ₹1,00,000 a month covers about 74,626 of these calls. T3's ₹50,000 a month covers about 12,500 of these calls. The minimum goes into your wallet as credit.

You pay when someone picks up. Missed, busy and failed calls are free. A voicemail counts as a call.

In detail

What to know before you start.

Refused parcels cost more than a phone call

A COD order is a promise nobody has paid for yet. Some are placed twice. Some by mistake. Some carry an address no courier will ever find. Every one that comes back costs you shipping both ways.

A short call before you pack catches most of them. Your team knows this. They also know what the fiftieth call of the afternoon sounds like.

The agent makes the fiftieth call the way it made the first. It reads the address back every time, slowly, and waits for a real yes.

What the agent does, and what it won’t

It confirms the order. If the customer wants to cancel, it asks why once, notes it and lets them go. If the address is wrong, it takes the fix and reads it back until the customer agrees.

When it doesn’t know something, like the exact delivery date, it says so. And it never tries to sell anything on this call.

Who should still get a human

High-value orders. Customers who refused a parcel before. Anyone who asks for a person. The agent can’t transfer a call yet, so it promises a callback and flags it for your team.

Before you start calling

A delivery confirmation counts as a service call under TRAI’s latest rules, as long as you keep offers out of it. TRAI also asks businesses to declare automated calls and their calling numbers to their telecom provider. We don’t check your list against the national DND register, so keep your own consent records.

Questions

Questions people ask before they start.

Will customers know it's an AI?

Yes. The agent says so in its first line. Most people are fine with it as long as the call is quick and gets their order right.

Can it switch between Hindi and English?

Yes. It follows the customer. If they answer in Hinglish, it speaks Hinglish.

What if the customer doesn't pick up?

You don't pay for it. The campaign tries again later, inside your calling hours, as many times as you allow. Anyone never reached shows up in the report, so you can follow up by SMS.

Can the call come from our own number?

Yes. Rent a number from us or bring your own Plivo number. Otherwise it goes out on our shared line.

Is ₹1 a minute real?

Yes. It's our volume plan, for businesses calling at least ₹1,00,000 worth a month, and that money goes into your wallet as credit. We can charge this little because every call runs on our own models and our own GPUs in India. Testing on a few hundred orders first? Start at ₹5 a minute with no commitment.
