Turn the monthly due list into booked service slots.

Your dealer system prints the due list every month, whether anyone calls it or not. The agent calls each owner, says what's due and until when, and books a slot at their usual centre. When they say no, you find out why.

How it works

One row for every person you call.

Upload a spreadsheet, or send each customer from your own system. Phone number first. The rest is what the agent needs to know.

phone Required The number to call, with the country code (+91…). A ten-digit Indian mobile gets +91 added. In Excel, format this column as Text first so the number is not changed.

service_duration Optional e.g. 3 to 4 hours
service_centre Optional e.g. Baner

What comes back

What you get after every call.

When the call ends, your system gets the transcript and the answer. Your campaign report gets a row for every customer.

Setup

Upload the export as it is.

  1. Export the due list from your dealer system as a CSV.
  2. Write the prompt in the sandbox: the service, the deadline, how long it takes, which centre.
  3. Connect your booking system so the agent can see and book slots. If you can’t, it notes the slot the owner wants and an advisor confirms it.
  4. Test it with a happy booking, an owner who went elsewhere, and one who asks for a price you didn’t give.
  5. Upload the file without tidying it. Match your headings, like “Mobile” and “Cust Name”, to the agent’s columns once, and next month the console remembers.

Cost

What one call costs.

One connected call, on the plan you choose. T1 is chosen; T3 and T5 are one press away.

A one-rupee coin dated 2026

On T1, one connected call

₹2

A 120-second call at ₹1 a minute.

A one-rupee coin dated 2026

On T3, one connected call

₹6

A 120-second call at ₹3 a minute.

A one-rupee coin dated 2026

On T5, one connected call

₹10

A 120-second call at ₹5 a minute.

₹1 a minute on our volume plan. A reminder with a question and a booking takes about two minutes, so ₹2. “Already done” ends in seconds. Compare that with one vehicle in the bay.

Your price · T1

₹1 a minute¹

₹1,000 for 1,000 minutes

₹1,00,000 / month minimum, credited to your wallet; your usage counts towards it. Our phone line adds ₹0.30 and call insights ₹0.20 a minute, if you want them.

Your price · T3

₹3 a minute¹

₹3,000 for 1,000 minutes

₹50,000 / month minimum, credited to your wallet; your usage counts towards it. The phone line and call insights are in the rate.

Your price · T5

₹5 a minute¹

₹5,000 for 1,000 minutes

Pay as you go from your wallet. The phone line and call insights are in the rate.

The working
  • 120 s → 12 blocks of 10 s = 120 s billed
  • T1: 120 s × ₹1 ÷ 60 = ₹2
  • T3: 120 s × ₹3 ÷ 60 = ₹6
  • T5: 120 s × ₹5 ÷ 60 = ₹10

T5 and T3 include our phone line and call insights. On T1 you add them if you want them, and this call then comes to about ₹3.

T1's ₹1,00,000 a month covers about 50,000 of these calls. T3's ₹50,000 a month covers about 8,333 of these calls. The minimum goes into your wallet as credit.

You pay when someone picks up. Missed, busy and failed calls are free. A voicemail counts as a call.

In detail

What to know before you start.

The due list prints itself every month

Periodic service is what brings owners back to your workshop. The due list comes out of your dealer system every month, whether anyone calls it or not. Calling it by hand is slow, and the questions repeat. How long will it take? What will it cost? Is there pickup? Can I come on Saturday? The agent answers from what you give it and books the slot on the same call.

The no’s are worth hearing

“Got it done outside.” “Sold it last month.” “It’s hardly run, call me in December.” Your team rarely writes these down after a quick call. The agent saves every one. After two or three months, you’ll know why owners stop coming back.

Some no’s turn into a yes. In the call above, Imran says his scooter has barely been ridden. The agent tells him the free service expires by date too, and books him in for Saturday. Give it a few answers like that one, and nothing it can’t back up.

The same call works for water purifier filter changes, AC service contracts and car maintenance.

What the service advisor keeps

Repair estimates. Warranty claims. Complaints about the last service. Anything involving an accident or insurance. The agent can’t transfer a call yet, so it notes the request for a callback. Call the complaints back quickly, because an ignored complaint is how an owner ends up at the workshop down the road.

Keep the upsell for another day

TRAI’s latest rules name service and warranty information as a service call, which needs no explicit consent. Pitch an extended warranty or accessories on the same call and it turns promotional, so run that as its own campaign, with consent.

Questions

Questions people ask before they start.

Can it quote service prices?

Only the ones you give it. Anything else is for the service advisor. It won't work out a repair estimate.

Do we map the columns again every month?

No. Match your export's headings once, and the console remembers them for that agent in that browser. Next month's file lines up by itself.

Can it book straight into our dealer system?

Yes, if your system can take a booking over HTTPS. If it can't, the agent notes the slot the owner wants and an advisor confirms it by SMS.

What if the owner has sold the vehicle?

The agent notes it, thanks them and ends the call. It doesn't ask about the new owner. Your system can then drop the vehicle from future lists.

Does ₹1 a minute include the phone line?

Not on the volume plan. There, our phone line adds ₹0.30 a minute, or nothing from us if you bring your own Plivo number. Pay as you go at ₹5 a minute includes it. The volume plan needs ₹1,00,000 a month, which goes into your wallet as credit.
